Squid Girl, Season 1: Chizuru Aizawa
Chizuru Aizawa is the Owner and cook of the Lemon Beach House. While calm and cheerful most of the time, she can be quite scary when angered . Her blue eyes are usually shut due to her poor eyesight.
You guys should check out the webtoon comic Shard. It's a good read and the main character goes barefoot all the time.
