RahXephon: Megumi Shitow

Haruka's younger half-sister, she has an bright, genki, outgoing personality despite her dropout from high school due to not fitting in with her classmates, because of that, she got a job as an trainee working for TERRA which she became a full-rank officer later on. She at first refused to let Ayano live with her due to her distrust on how he is but then allowed him to stay since he had no place to go and developed a crush on him later in the series.
