Justice League vs Teen Titans: Starfire

In th new DC animated movie Justice League vs Teen Titans, the beautiful Tamarenean Alien Heroine Starfire appears as the leader of the Teen Titans. One of the really nice things for foot fans is that Starfire gets a barefoot scene in  it. Actually she gets a ton of fanservice in general. :-) Her big scene for us though comes in the form of a Sailor Moon like transformation sequence. In an unusual choice for western superheroes, the movie had the Titans transform into their costumes. As is pretty frequent in these types of scenes we got to see the boots appear on Starfire's feet as she transforms. ^_^
(These caps are from the Justice League vs Teen Titans Animated movie. Massive Thank You To Black Viper for tipping me off to this film.)

One note guys... I noticed that a lot of posts are currently down on the site. I don't know what happened but I'll try with the other bloggers on the site to recover the material. It's probably going to take some time though. In the meantime however, you can find more of Starfire as well as one of her Teen Titan's coworker in this earlier post here:

For those of you that are interested in the movie. The basic plot is Damian Wayne (the current Robin) is sent to train with the Teen Titans so that he can develop his teamwork skills.  Meanwhile a group of demons possess several members of the Justice League in an effort to release their master Trigon onto the Earth. Needless to say the Teen Titans find themselves having to take on Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, the Flash and Cyborg in an effort to protect the planet.

The film is pretty fun. It's lighthearted with a lot of action and does a really good job of introducing people to the character of Raven (Trigon's daughter who is one of the Teen Titan members). The film also does a great job of exploring Damian Wayne and his personality. He undergoes a lot of impressive character development in the film which is nice to see.

For those of you used to seeing Starfire portrayed in a more comedic light from the Teen Titan cartoons, this film's portrayal of her might catch you a little off guard. She's a little more serious in this movie and has a much better understanding of human customs. You get the sense that she's a lot more mature in this one. She's actually a really effective team leader being able to identify her team's needs and help them to grow and develop. Either way she is portrayed, she continues to be a very cool character who steals every scene she is in.

Ok everyone, That's all for now. There's actually another character in the film who provides a ton of foot content in this movie that I'll get to in another post. Also they'll be more of Starfire's to come in future posts as well. ^_^ On that note, more to come soon!!

  1. Great post! I didn't even know this existed haha.

I honestly prefer the more serious Starfire. She's a little sluttier but she also has way more character and emotion. In the cartoon and TTG she's usually just someone asking questions or getting Earth things wrong but that's not to say she doesn't have her moments.

Oh yeah, this reminds me... During my hiatus here there was actually an episode of Teen Titans Go! where Starfire and Raven were in swimsuits for the majority of the episode and there are a ton of shots in that one. I will get around to capping that very soon.

    1. :-) Thanks Mrbatemanwearingawig.

:-D The serious version of Starfire definitely has her advantages. I think the character is great either way. ^_^

O_O That sounds like a really awesome episode. I can't wait to see your caps. I'm working on a follow up to this one covering her comic book incarnation as well so hopefully we'll have a lot of great moments involving her feet in the future. ^_^
