Gamers!: Aguri

She is Tasuku's girlfriend. She is a small girl with pink hair and purple eyes. She is clingy, especially towards Tasuku though this is because he now spends his time hanging out with others and she can be a whiner at times. At first, she didn't like Keita but eventually she became his friend after he helped her overcome her sadness. Unlike the rest of the main cast, she does not play video games nor has any interest in them due to how convoluted they are to her. She then felt in love with Tasuku after he gave her a plushie toy in middle school, and because of that, she changed her appearance as well as attend to go to Otobuki High School in order to get closer to him. She then becomes jealous that Tasuku is being friendly with Chiaki, but allies with Keita to help him relate better with Karen. Since her last name was never revealed, she is the only character who doesn't have an full name.

I initially had high hopes for Gamers! when it first came out because anime and video games are two of my favorite things in the whole world and having the two combine had caught my attention let alone my expectations but the misunderstandings occurred leading me to think that my expectations were too high on this light novel and anime because it had let me down on the cool premise. The only two saving graces that kept me from dropping it are Karen Tendou and the video games themselves. To this day, Gamers! is not bad but it comes across on being regrettable to me.

    1. Personality-wise, not so much. The only girl I love is Karen Tendou.
